1. Our service is available only in Japan
All the advertising and consulting business that we offer is available only in Japan, and only for the customers who are going to develop or have started developing business in Japan. So please note that we don’t provide our service for the business activities outside of Japan.
2. In some cases we aren’t able to accept your request
We have been doing our best based on the belief that we, advertising companies, are responsible for the clients’ company’s future. That is why, we spend a significant amount of time for the investigation, analysis, and making a plan for each one of our jobs that we have accepted. In addition to this, because our type of business requires sufficient knowledge, experience and skill, our personnel policy is to have small numbers – but exceptional talent. As a result, it is difficult for us to accept a large number of jobs at the same time. As we mentioned in the beginning, if we take too many jobs, there is a possibility that we become unable to offer high quality service and also not able to achieve the results that we expect. To be serious about each one of our client’s jobs, we only accept a limited number of them. So please note that in some cases we can’t start working on the job straight away after we accepted it for this reason.
3. In some cases we can’t accept your request
We deal with our clients on an “equal playing field” In “rare” cases there are some clients who say “because you got our job offer, do this and that for free!” It may sound arrogant but as we mentioned in the beginning, we also choose our client. This is because there is a possibility that we get discouraged and we are afraid that we can’t get the result that we expect. So when we decide that we can’t establish a good partnership, we are very sorry but we will reject the job. We think that spending time for investigation, analysis and making suggestions for our existing customers is more important than spending time for someone where there is a possibility that we can’t get the result we expect, and it is for the benefit of “both of us”. It may sound bossy but we try not to get involved with such clients. This is all for our good clients who are really serious about increasing their sales.
Please make sure that you understand these three things before you make your inquiry. We only accept jobs from someone who is looking for a Japanese advertising and consulting company, and who is very serious about increasing customers and sales effectively with minimum cost and understand our policy. We will become your business partner and work in all sincerity to achieve the result you expect.
